Clean and bright rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent English. Free map and tourist information. Same price at check-in. Delicious croissants every morning.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the bus stop for the airport, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. it is just off the main street, so there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
One small drawback is the lack of bathrobes or slippers in the rooms. It would be more convenient if these amenities were provided, especially who prefer to have them.

The hotel is strategically located near the cableway that takes you to the top of the hill and offers a stunning view of the city. the rooms are tastefully furnished with an authentic feeling. Plus, the staff is kind and helpful in accommodating your requests.
The lack of soundproofing and air-conditioning in some rooms might make it difficult to sleep well, especially during hot days. it is advisable to bring your own shower gels, shampoos, and perhaps a towel, as these are not always supplied.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They provided free bicycle rentals and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and was also close to public transportation. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet.
The noise from the nearby busy street was a constant disturbance. The rooms lacked proper air conditioning and the fans provided were insufficient in cooling down the rooms.
